Lot Description

A pair of early twentieth century silver vases with flared lip and raised above a circular stepped foot, loaded. Hallmarked Mappin & Webb Ltd Birmingham, probably 1920, registered number 591118. Height measuring 5 1/2 inches (14 cm).

The vases display general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing. Numerous dints visible particularly around the bases. Both display splits down seams, one more significant than than the other. The hallmarks are quite worn/rubbed but legible. The bases have been unevenly loaded.
