Lot Description
A synthetic ruby and diamond ring. Each circular-shape synthetic ruby interspaced by old European-cut diamonds to the tapered band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.30ct, colour H-I, clarity SI1-P2. Hallmark unclear. Weight 2.8gms.

Condition Report
The ring is in overall good condition. The synthetic rubies are vibrant with an even colour saturation. They have a bright pink to pinkish red hue. Nibbles can be seen to the facet edges. The diamonds are bright and lively. Large fractures and a chip to the girdle can be seen to one of the outer diamond.
The ring has been re-sized. The majority of the hallmark has been removed.
All settings will need attention. Some of the claws are worn. Light scratches and scuffs can be seen, general wear.
