A shell cameo brooch. The oval-shape shell carved to depict a lady writing at a desk, within a rope-twist surround. Stamped 9ct. Length 5.7cms.

Condition Report
The lot is in fair overall condition with light scratches and very small dents in keeping with general wear. The shell has a number of faint and some slightly heavier cracks to the orange section. The tip of the quill in her hand is broken off. There are small dents and areas of discolouration to the mount. The pin is discoloured and a possible replacement.
