Condition Report
The item displays general wear, tarnishing and surface marks and scratches. Remnants of polish in some areas and various nicks in the metal. There are two areas where the original engraving has been removed from the main body, now visible on the exterior and interior as circular panels. These panels are now partly covered by the later engraved armorials. These two later armorials read 'Tria Juncta In Uno'. Also visible on the interior is a slight dint where one of the handles has been pushed in slightly. The short stem below the main body has also pushed in very slightly to the circular foot on one side. Hallmarks are struck to the side of one of the handles and are quite distorted although just about legible. Date letter is very difficult to read clearly. Appear to be no hallmarks on the cover.
