A late Victorian silver pebble tobacco box of plain form and flush set hinge and lid. Hallmarked John Millward Banks Chester 1899. Measuring 3 1/2 inches (9 cm) by 3 1/4 inches (8cm), weight 3.3 ozt (105 grams).

The Tobacco box displays general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The press release of the lid does not function. Dent to the edge. No visible personal engravings. The hallmarks are clear and legible. Remnants of recent contact to the interior.
