Lot Description
An early 20th century garnet and split pearl pendant. Of foliate design, the circular-shape garnet drop to the similarly-cut garnet and split pearl openwork surmount suspended from a belcher link chain. Pendant stamped 9ct. Length of pendant 5.5cms. Length of chain 43cms.

Condition Report
The pendant is in overall good condition. The garnets are fairly well matched, they are pinkish brown in colour, one is slightly lighter in colour. There are blemishes to the split pearls, they are fairly well matched in colour. There are slight scratches and areas of discolouration to pendant. The chain is in good condition. The clasp has possibly been added at a later date. Weight 5.8gms.
