A late 19th century double tiger claw brooch, circa 1870. The double claws to the foliate engraved surmount and arrow detail. AF. Length 7cms.

The brooch is in fair/poor condition. The one end fitting to the claw is missing and has broken off. There are scratches to the brooch and dents in keeping with the age of the piece. The back pin is bent. There are natural crack and imperfections to the claws. Touchstone test as at least 18ct gold.
