Lot Description

1940's silver three piece condiment set comprising a mustard pot, open salt and a pepper pot, each piece with an applied foliate scroll border and standing on four hoof feet embossed with husk and other classical motifs, the cauldron shape mustard pot with blue glass liner, single handle, hinged lid and a matched silver plated salt spoon, the open salt of conforming cauldron shape (liner deficient) and the pepper pot of baluster form with detachable pierced and domed cover.  Hallmarked EW Haywood Birmingham 1949. Combined silver weight 10.91 ozt (339.5 grams).
