Lot Description
A white metal continental spoon, the shallow bowl with engraved initials "C:H, A:H, 1754" to the reverse together with a struck mark within an oblong punch and a small crown to the edge of the bowl to the relief moulded twisted stem with figurative terminal. Length 7 1/4 inches (18.5cm). Weight 1.55 ozt (48.2 grams).

Condition Report
The lot is in fair to good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The stem is possibly a replacement. There is a small split to the rat tail on the bowl. The initialed struck mark and the crown mark are rubbed and worn. The bowl is quite thin and may have been re-hammered at the lip.
