An 1940's Irish silver communion Pyx box with monogram and engine turned detail to lid, ridged edges and gilded interior. Hallmarked M.H.G, Dublin, 1945. Diameter of box measuring approximately 4.8 cm, weight 74.56 grams.

In good condition - silver showing some wear and discolouration, ridged edges rubbed in two places. Monogram appears to be IMS with cross behind. Opens relatively well and gilt interior in good condition.
