Lot Description
A late 19th century diamond floral spray brooch. The old-cut diamond centre within a similarly-cut diamond petal surround to the foliate surmount. Estimated total diamond weight 3cts, H-J colour, SI1-P2 clarity. Length 6.3cms. See Plate 1.

Condition Report
The brooch is in overall fair condition. Some of the diamonds are chipped, this is easily visible with magnification. The setting is tarnished and there are scratches to the brooch in keeping with the age of the piece. Many of the claws are worn and would need to be secured. There is some lead solder visible where some of the flower heads have been secured The back pin and catch is secure. Weight 17.1gms.
