A 19th century oval painted portrait miniature upon ivory panel. Three quarter length portrait study depicting a young girl wearing a trailing head scarf. Indistinctly signed. Within ivory and bone veneered frame. 3.25" x 2.5" (8.25 x 6.25cm)

There is a small hole/area to the right hand far side of image. There are three or four scratches, the largest neat the face. Small area of paint lifting to edge of right hand side, some dirty marks. Frame has damage to majority of all veneers with cracks and areas of repair
