An 18th century Irish mahogany side table. The rectangular top with moulded edge above a front with scroll shaped frieze and central carved wooden shell detail flanked be similar twin flowers. The whole upon slender cabriole supports with carved scrolled and cross hatched knees terminating in lion paw feet. 48.5" (123cm) wide, 30" (76.25cm) high, 24.75" (63cm) deep

Top we feel is a Victorian replacement. Rear right hand leg has had some damage, it has broken and damaged part of the frieze, this break has been repaired and a metal plate secured over the break. The front frieze has had some damage with signs of a split and repairs to veneer, otherwise light surface scratches and wear
