Condition Report
Clock - dial haircracked and restored, partly obscuring inscribed name. Movement appears sound. Case has some discolouration and possible old restoration to the tip of the leaf finial. General wear to gilding. Old cracking and a glaze blemish to one scroll foot.
Stand - light wear to gilding and rubbed where the clock feet have stood, but overall good.
Vases - ground is a shade darker than clock. Both are unmarked. Both exhibit general wear to gilding and some of the gilt 'jewelling' is missing. One vase has been professionally spray-restored some time ago, a haircrack is still evident and it appears that a piece was re-attached. It is also visible externally where the ground is slightly yellow and plasticky. There are minor firing cracks to the clefts of the lobed base of each vase.
