Condition Report
Caster displays general wear, surface marks and scratches and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. There are a few nicks and surface dints to the cover and the inner flange is very misshapen. The top appears a little pushed in, perhaps due to pressure from the finial. The main body also has a number of surface dints, especially some larger ones just below the girdle. Hallmarks to the underside are partly distorted by the later over striking of further marks. No visible hallmarks to the cover, however it does fit well on the main body.
