Condition Report
Both salts display general wear, tarnishing and surface marks and scratches commensurate with the age and use. Some deeper scratches in places and various minor nicks and minor surface dints. The gilding to the interiors is quite worn. Some loss of definition to the stepped detail on the feet. Both with engraved crests but these are now nearly totally worn away, outline is just visible. Hallmarks to the underside are also quite rubbed and partly distorted. Date letter on both is illegible.
