Art Deco silver sugar sifter of tapered hexagonal form, detachable lid and raised above a circular stepped base, filled. Hallmarked A L Davenport Ltd Birmingham 1936. Height measuring 7 inches (17.5 cm).

The sugar sifter appears in good overall condition displaying general scratches, marks, wear and quite heavy tarnishing. A few minor dints and bumps. The hallmarks are clear and legible, maker's mark partly rubbed.
