Lot Description
Russian import cased set of twelve teaspoons, each with gilded bowl and slim stem leading to a pierced terminal with floral and foliate detail. Struck to reverse of stem with the Kokoshnik Import mark (1899-1908), and a further mark to the base of the reverse of the bowl depicting a standing bear (possibly for the town of Jaroslavl). Weight 4.84 ozt (150.6 grams).

Condition Report
All spoons display some general wear, light tarnishing and light surface marks and scratches. The bowls have faired quite well but there is some wear to the gilding. Marks are legible but difficult to read as they are so small. Some deterioration to the case.
