Victorian Scottish silver soup ladle and a serving spoon, each of single struck King's Pattern with engraved initial R to the terminal. Hallmarked George Crichton, Edinburgh 1854. Length of ladle measures 13 inches (33 cm), length of serving spoon measures 12 inches (30.5 cm), combined weight 11.9 ozt (370.2 grams).

Condition Report
Both display general wear, areas of tarnishing and surface marks and scratches commensurate with the age and use. Some deeper and more visible scratches in places, especially to bowl interiors and reverse of the stems and terminals. Various minor nicks in the metal all over. The serving spoon bowl has faired reasonably well with a little bit more wear to the tip Hallmarks to reverse of stem are very clear and legible.
