A George III Irish silver pedestal bowl with reeded rims, Neoclassical style engraved floral swags and navette panels, one monogrammed. Hallmarked Dublin 1774 and the maker's mark MTW. Height measuring 5 inches (13 cm), weight 7.6 ozt  (237 grams).

The pedestal bowl displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Numerous dints and bumps - both rims appearing miss-shapen and the whole wobbling on the base. A few surface cracks visible to the inner bowl. The hallmarks appear rubbed but legible.
