Lot Description
A table cigarette box stamped sterling silver, the plain rectangular form with engine turned decoration to the hinged lid with central vacant panel, and opening to reveal a wood lined interior with single divider. Measuring 6 1/2 inches (16.5 cm) by 3 3/8 inches (8.5 cm).

Condition Report
The box is quite tarnished all over and also displays areas of darker spots of tarnishing. There is general surface wear, marks and scratches. Some deeper, more visible scratches to some areas and also numerous minor nicks and small dints in the metal. The silver mounts are loose and coming away from the main box in some areas, mainly along the front and on each side. Hinged lid is in working order. Only marks are an impressed 'sterling silver' mark to one side. The wooden interior is generally okay.
