An early twentieth century continental white metal box, the hinged lid and base set with ivory panels, with scrolling crested cartouche and red, green and yellow staining. Length 3 1/4 inches (8.3cm).

Condition Report
The box displays general surface scratches, marks and wear commensurate with the age and use. The ivory panels display numerous more visible scratches, and the underside in particular appears quite crazed. The decoration on the lid appears quite crude and there is some fading and slight loss of detail. The white metal mount is lifting slightly in places and displays various nicks. Hinged cover in working order.
