Condition Report
The box displays general surface scratches, marks and wear commensurate with the age and use. There appears to be some plastic layer over the painted scene, which is dirty and cloudy in places and there are also some cracks and small chips, mainly around the edge. It is therefore difficult to discern the condition of the painting, however it does appear to be signed in the bottom corner. There are various edge nicks to the white metal box and numerous scratches to the underside. Hinged cover is in good working order. The Russian marks are clear and legible.
