A George III silver mustard pot of oval form, gadrooned rim, shell thumb piece and raised above four ball feet. The hallmarks possibly Thomas Wallis I London 1789. Maximum width measuring 3 ¾ inches (9.5 cm), weight 4.49 ozt (139 grams).

Condition Report
The mustard pot displays general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. An engraving has been removed from the front of the body. The feet have pushed into the body, visible from the interior. The interior has been previously gilded. The hallmarks to the underside are clear and legible, maker’s mark rubbed, maker’s mark also visible to the side of the body, no hallmarks visible to the lid.
