Lot Description

A set of three early twentieth century silver toast racks, each designed as a series of five triangular arches, to the rectangular base, with spade-shape handles. Hallmarked Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Company Ltd, London 1915. Height 2 5/8 inches (6.7cm). Weight 3.43 ozt (106.5 grams). (3).

The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Monogrammed L.B.A. possibly at a later date. The hallmarks are clear and legible, also with makers/retailers stamp. One of the central posts is slightly dented/bent.
