An opal and diamond pendant. The pear-shape opal, within a single-cut diamond surround, suspended from a graduated single-cut diamond surmount and 18ct gold fancy-link chain. Estimated total diamond weight 0.65ct. Chain with hallmarks for Birmingham. Length of pendant 3.9cms. Length of chain 46.3cms. Total weight 10.3gms.

Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. Small areas of discolouration. to the mount. Some of the diamonds may be replacements. The diamonds appear moderately bright and well matched. Individual diamonds too small to accurately assess colour/clarity grades. The opal displays a good play of colour with small scattered sections in a range of colours. The opal shows slight matrix indents to both sides. The opal has internal stress fractures running along the geometric play of colours. Approximate opal diamensions 20.9 by 14.7mms, by 2.4mms deep.
