A mid 20th century 9ct gold treated opal and paste pendant. The pear-shape treated opal cabochon collet, suspended from a circular-shape colourless paste surmount, to the belcher-link chain. Length of pendant 2.8cms. Length of chain 42cms. Weight 2.6gms.

The lot is in good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The colourless paste shows moderate abrasion, the mount has dents. The opal appears to have been smoke treated, with good play of colour.
