Condition Report
Has probably fallen forward prior to fixing on the late granite base, as there is a fracture at the weak point where the birds body joins the rock and the front wing tip has a slight crease as if straightened. Patination to base is greener than to bird. Bronze base is secured to plinth so underside cannot be inspected. Back of bird has been polished so feathers are not as crisp as elsewhere.
