The spoon displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use.  Deeper scratches to some areas and various minor nicks, especially around edges and rims.  The spoon bowl has faired quite well.  The hallmarks are clear and legible.  The maker's mark appears to have been struck on top of another one, as there is part of an H still visible.
