A late Victorian silver vase, of bulbous form, embossed with floral scrolls, monogrammed cartouche, flared and frilled rim. Hallmarked Atkin Brothers Sheffield 1892, further French import mark. Height measuring 4 3/4 inches, weight 10.4 ozt (325 grams).

The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Heavy discolouration to the interior. One cartouche remains vacant. Wobbles slightly. Minor dints and bumps. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
