A late 19th century gold split pearl and enamel snake pendant. Designed as a blue enamel domed panel, with central split pearl star, to the snake surround. Length 3.6cms. Weight 6.8gms.

Condition Report
The lot is in fair overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The snake neck has been repaired and appears a different colour, scratches and minor pitting. The snake head is a possible replacement. Surmount loop replacement. Glue visible to reverse. Minor discolouration. The enamel has two shallow chips and typical surface abrasion. The split pearl has discolouration to the edge, possible replacement. Possible glazed panel and mount deficient to reverse.
