Lot Description
An early twentieth century silver Art Nouveau style twin handled bowl with foliate mounts, hallmarked Charles Weale, Birmingham 1924, height measuring 2 3/4 inches (7 cm). Together with a Victorian silver bonbon dish and a selection of Victorian and later spoons to include four Fiddle pattern dessert spoons, two tablespoons, two pairs of teaspoons and a set of six teaspoons. Gross weight 21 ozt (674 grams).

Condition Report
In varied state all displaying general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Heavy tarnished to the bowl and dent to foot. Bonbon dish is dented and torn to rim in two places, hallmarks also worn, but read Chester 1899. Bowls are particularly worn to the two pairs of teaspoons, also with personal initial engravings. Striking edge of the table spoons are worn, these also with initial engravings. Two of the bowls are damaged to the set of six teaspoons, these also initialled.
