An early twentieth century silver spectacles case with floral scroll embossing with belt clip suspension. Hallmarked Colen Hewer Cheshire, Chester 1913. Maximum length measuring 9 3/4 inches (25 cm), weight 2.2 ozt (69 grams).

The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Minor dints and bumps. Adjoining jump rings have not been soldered closed. Some loss of definition to the decoration. The hallmarks are clear and legible. Maker's mark partly worn.
