A second quarter 19th century blonde tortoiseshell sarcophagus tea caddy. The pewter-strung cover with central vacant rectangular cartouche, enclosing two lidded compartments on a flared apron and bun feet, 8" x 4.5" x 5.75" high, (20cm x 11.5cm x 14.5cm).
