A late 17th century-style ebonised bracket clock by Elliott. Retailed by Garrard & Co, London, the 6.5-inch square brass dial having a silvered chapter ring with Roman hours and Arabic minutes framing an engraved centre, within putto spandrels, the three-train 7-jewel unadjusted movement chiming on gong rods, the traditional case with cast brass carry handle, caddy top and moulded cornice over gilt metal-mounted glazed door on a moulded base, 11", (28cm) high excluding handle
