An early 20th century gold diamond bird brooch. Designed as a bird in flight, the old-cut diamond body, with old and rose-cut diamond wings and red gem-set eyes. Estimated total diamond weight 1.75cts. Length 5.7cms. Weight 8.6gms. With associated case.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. Minor surface wear in keeping with general wear and age. Slight crack line visible to tip of one wing. The diamonds are bright, lively and well matched. Light nicks and chips can be seen to some. Fine feathers and fractures can be seen under magnification. Individual size and setting prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
