Lot Description
A matched set of three modern silver dishes, each of shaped circular form with foliate scroll piercing throughout. Two dishes hallmarked A Taite & Sons Ltd, London 1959 and 1964, the other London 1968 with maker's mark SMD. Maximum length of each measures 5 3/4 inches (14.5 cm), combined weight 8.78 ozt (273 grams).

Condition Report
All three dishes display general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Numerous deeper nicks, scratches and contact marks are visible, especially to the plain centre and underside. Also some surface dints and bumps are visible, in particular to some of the pierced areas. Some rubbing and remnants of polish to the hallmarks but they are all still legible.
