Lot Description
A Dutch export caddy of oval embossed form, hallmarked Alfred Lewis, London 1903, alongside the foreign plate mark and further Dutch export marks, height measuring 2 1/2 inches (6.5 cm). Together with a similar smaller example hallmarked B Muller & Son (Berthold Muller), Chester import 1910 alongside Dutch export marks. Gross weight 6.1 ozt (192 grams). (2).

Condition Report
The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Minor dints and bumps. The lid rising slightly in the closed position on the larger example. Export hallmarks are clear and legible.
