Lot Description

A collection of Dutch silver ashtrays to include an oval pair, a similar larger example and one of square form, each with central figurative scenes, Dutch assay marks to each. Gross weight 7.3 ozt (229 grams).

Postage: Auction Default

Total lot weight: No

All the ashtrays display some general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing to varying degrees.  Remnants of polish are visible and some minor surface dints and bumps.  There is a small section missing from the pierced rim on one of the oval pair.  The larger oval ashtray is quite heavily tarnished and would benefit from a clean and polish.  The Dutch assay marks are all legible.
