A modern silver bowl of circular form with foliate pierced decoration standing on a tapered circular foot, hallmarked C J Vander Ltd, Sheffield 2003, height measuring 2 1/4 inches (5 cm). Together with a continental open salt modelled as a swan, stamped 800, maximum height measuring 3 inches (8 cm). Gross weight 5.7 ozt (177 grams). (2).

The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use.
Interior of the swan appears to have been previously gilded (now worn), a little rubbing also evident with a little loss of definition to the decoration.
