Both bowls display general surface scratches, marks and wear.  Heavy tarnishing is visible throughout and both would benefit from a clean and polish.  Some slight loss of surface detail and definition to the decoration.  Heavier wear around the base rims of both bowls and a couple of small dints to the smaller bowl.  Heavier scratches and file marks to the undersides of both.  Also possible repair to smaller bowl.
