Lot Description

A pair of oriental pin trays, each of hexagonal shape and decorated with flowers to the centre within a border of pierced floral motifs and beaded rim. Struck with two character marks to the underside. Maximum width measures 4 3/8 inches (11 cm), weight 84.3 grams.

Both dishes display general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Heavier tarnishing to some areas, especially around the outer edge. Some minor surface dints and bumps. Character marks struck to underside of each but these are quite difficult to read clearly.
