Lot Description

A modern cast silver model of a fox, standing on all fours and with naturalistic fur detailing.  Hallmarked Sheffield 1996 with maker's mark 'S C & S'.  Maximum length measuring 5 inches (12.7 cm), height 3 inches (7.5 cm), gross weight 9.55 ozt (297 grams).

The fox displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing.  Some slight loss of surface detail but it is generally still okay.  It was possibly once fixed to the top of something as there are remnants of fixings to two of the feet.  The hallmarks are clear and legible.
