An early nineteenth century silver cream jug of oval form, foliate engraved borders and initialled cartouche. Hallmarked Thomas Wheatley, Newcastle, no date letter present. Height 4 3/4 inches (12 cm), weight 3.4 ozt (106 grams).

Joins to the handle look to have been repaired with solder visible. Minor dints and bumps. As mentioned in the description no date letter present, the town mark partly illegible.
