An impressive large pollard oak sideboard with raised mirror back, the large inset mirror plate back beneath a moulded cornice with carved fruit and vine frieze flanked by half turned end columns, each with carved capital and gilded knopped detail, the shaped base of twin pedestal form with central carved drawer over an open knee hole recess flanked by twin end cupboard doors, each with carved oval panels depicting acorns and oak leaves within floral inlaid surrounds, and flanked by turned columns, the whole upon plinth style stands, 94" x 96.5" (239cm x 245cm).
