Lot Description

An early 20th century gold ruby and split pearl locket. Of oval outline, the front panel designed as a split pearl, within a cushion-shape ruby ray surround, opening to reveal two photograph panels, suspended from a textured surmount. Length 4.4cms. Weight 14.4gms.

Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches, dents and abrasions in keeping with general wear. Split pearl nacre with surface damage. Discolouration in places. Wear and discolouration to inside.
