Lot Description

A 1920's plain silver dish of lozenge shape with a simple bead border. Hallmarked Fattorini & Sons Ltd., Sheffield 1929, with impressed maker's name to the underside. Maximum length measures 8 3/4 inches (22.2 grams), weight 8.26 ozt (256.8 grams).

The dish displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Numerous heavier scratches, contact marks and little nicks are visible to both sides. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
