An early 20th century 15ct gold and platinum aquamarine and diamond bar brooch. The oval-shape aquamarine, with old-cut diamond sides, to the plain bar. Approximate aquamarine dimensions 12 by 8.4 by 5.6mms. Estimated total diamond weight 0.10ct. Length 7cms. Weight 5gms.

Condition Report

Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches and discolouration in keeping with general wear. File marks to side of brooch. The aquamarine has a pale to medium blue hue. Rain inclusions visible. The diamonds are bright and lively. Tarnish to surface. Stamped plat 15ct.
