A mid 20th century 9ct gold Australian-themed brooch. Designed as a paste and imitation split pearl kookaburra, perched atop a boomerang. Length 3.8cms. Weight 3.5gms.

The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches in keeping with general wear. Stamped 9ct. Replacement clasp, soft solder visible. Base metal pin with slight bends. Pastes show moderate wear.
