A 1920's silver porringer bowl of planished circular form with single pierced handle. Hallmarked Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co Ltd., London 1925. Maximum length including handle measures 7 1/8 inches (18 cm), weight 7.72 ozt (240 grams).

The bowl displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Minor dints. Heavier scuffs and contact marks to the base. The hallmarks are clear and legible, the maker's mark partly worn. Also with impressed maker's name and address.
